All subscriptions made through Bujji are billed in advance and are non-refundable once activated. Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time, but no partial or full refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
If you believe your subscription was charged incorrectly or activated due to a technical error, you may contact our support team within 48 hours of payment. We will review your request within 2 - 3 business days and inform you of the decision via email.
All digital items, including but not limited to premium features, virtual gifts, or downloadable digital content, are non-refundable once delivered or activated. Please ensure you review all product details before making a purchase.
Due to the perishable nature of food items, food products are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable. Please check all details carefully before confirming your order.
Some products may qualify for a refund only if they are defective or not as described. In such cases, users must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with valid proof (photo or video). Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
